I collaborated with UI/UX designers from UC Berkeley to develop a branding motion system for Bit Nova, an AI-driven UX product in the bitcoin market.
The goal was to translate the brand’s strategic positioning as a forward-thinking, AI-powered platform into a clear and cohesive motion and visual language.
I designed the motion system across key touchpoints, including logo animation, branding sizzle, interface transitions, and web interactions, ensuring consistency between brand identity and product experience.
Deliverables:
Bit Nova is an AI-driven UX product designed for the bitcoin market, where both the technology and financial logic are highly abstract. The challenge was to translate complex concepts such as AI decision-making and data-driven prediction into a motion and visual language that feels clear, trustworthy, and forward-thinking.
Recognizing the inherent complexity of the product interface, I intentionally reduced visual density within the UI language. By minimizing visual noise, the design foregrounds primary functions, allowing them to emerge with greater prominence and operational clarity.

I built the workflow primarily in Figma, focusing on clarity and scalability in the design system. To enhance the narrative quality of the app, I explored AI-driven styling as a creative breakthrough, extending the visual language beyond conventional approaches. The project was shortlisted for the iF Design Award.
