For Coinbase’s “New Day One” keynote and the launch of its product Base, I contributed as an animator, producing a comprehensive set of motion assets and visual content for both virtual and in-person experiences. Guided by the established design system, our animations formed a consistent visual language that carried the keynote narrative forward, supporting each speaker and transition with rhythm and clarity.

The goal was to preserve the brand’s core identity while translating its visual language from small digital interfaces to a large stage environment, creating a cohesive, immersive, and engaging experience for the audience. During the early stages, I explored pattern-based animation and distortion techniques to evaluate how motion could communicate visual information clearly while avoiding unnecessary distraction.
